- Stock tracking ફક્ત તે goods પર ચાલુ કરો જેને ખરેખર count કરવાના હોય.
- દરેક stock item માટે સાચો unit અને conversion rule રાખો.
- Purchase, challan, invoice અને stock audit flow થી stock ચાલવા દો.
- વધુ ખરીદી કરો અથવા મહિનો બંધ કરો તે પહેલાં stock ledger અને stock report જુઓ.
- Physical stock અલગ હોય તો અંદાજ કરતાં stock audit વાપરો.
- Negative stock policy બતાવે તે warning અથવા block state દૂર કરો.
