- Items ખોલો અને નક્કી કરો કે item product છે કે service છે.
- સ્પષ્ટ name, unit, sale price અને purchase price લખો.
- Tax વપરાય તો product માટે HSN અથવા service માટે SAC ઉમેરો.
- Stock tracking ફક્ત તે goods માટે ચાલુ કરો જેને ખરેખર count કરવાનું હોય.
- આ product માટે આ પહેલું setup હોય ત્યારે જ opening stock ઉમેરો.
- Item save કરો અને એક sample document માં ચકાસો.
ટિપ: Item name ટૂંકું અને સ્પષ્ટ રાખો જેથી staff ઝડપથી search કરી શકે.
મહત્વપૂર્ણ: ખોટો item type, HSN અથવા SAC આગળ stock અથવા GST reporting ને અસર કરશે.
એક સાચો item record પછીના દરેક document માં સમય બચાવે છે.
