- Open Settings and go to Backup.
- Choose the Final workspace for business backups.
- Create a local backup regularly and note the date.
- When the app shows the backup passphrase, copy it or save the note before continuing.
- If your plan allows cloud backup, upload the latest backup while internet is stable.
- Before restore, check backup date, firm name, and source carefully.
- After restore, verify parties, items, and recent invoices before live work continues.
Tip: Keep one recent backup on the device and one backup in another safe place.
Important: If the backup passphrase is lost, that backup cannot be recovered by Udhyog.
A backup is useful only when the passphrase is saved and the latest copy is easy to identify.
