Sign in and recover your data

Use this guide if you are opening Udhyog on a new computer or if your local Udhyog data is missing.

  1. Open Udhyog and sign in with your email, password, or OTP flow.
  2. Complete email or phone verification if the app asks for it.
  3. If app lock setup appears, save the PIN or passphrase before you continue.
  4. If this is your old computer but local data is missing, choose Restore Backup first instead of creating a new firm.
  5. If you have a local backup, select it and enter the backup passphrase carefully.
  6. If you have cloud backup, keep internet stable until restore is fully complete.
  7. After restore, check the active firm name before adding or editing any data.

Tip: If you are joining someone else's firm, ask the owner for the access code before you start recovery steps.

Important: If the backup passphrase is lost, that backup cannot be restored.

Recovery first is safer than making a new firm when your old business data already exists.
